17 ha hazelnut orchard in Khobi

A hazelnut orchard is for sale in Khobi Municipality. The total land area is 170,000 square meters (17 ha). There are 8,953 hazelnut trees planted on the plot, including 300 trees of the Italian variety “Giffoni” and 8,653 trees of the “Anakliuri” variety. The hazelnut trees were planted in 2012–2013, and the plantation age is about 10 years. The land is divided into 3 adjacent plots, each enclosed by its own windbreak strip and equipped with appropriate drainage channels. On the fourth plot there is a storage building and a natural drying area. The property has 2 entrance gates, is fenced with barbed wire, and planted with so-called triple thorny saplings that prevent animals from entering the territory. A well and a water reservoir have been installed. Ground roads and access routes for cars and machinery have been arranged. On the territory there is a 110 sq. m warehouse, 6 meters high, where hazelnuts can be stored and processed. The said building was constructed in 2020 with the appropriate permit documentation and has been commissioned. There are 660 square meters of concrete surface where hazelnuts can be dried naturally; in bad weather, it can be covered with tents. There is a safe for equipment. There is also a wooden guard house and a room for storing tools and fertilizers. A YTO/554NC tractor was purchased in 2022. The two-axle tractor has an air-conditioned cab and a power output of 55 hp. A Hasatsan H130 PRO self-propelled hazelnut harvester was purchased in 2021. A milling machine with a hydraulic extension mechanism was purchased in 2022. Working width: 180 cm. Country of manufacture: Italy. A 600-liter turbo blower was purchased in 2022. With a fan diameter of 75 cm. A dual-purpose herbicide, project 059.027, was purchased in 2022.
