VR Shekvetili Forest~Beach | By Paragraph is a new destination on the Black Sea coast, created for active living at any time of the year. The project will be built on a 40-hectare land area adjacent to the settlement. The synthesis of 4 life-giving energies of nature and the latest global architecture will create a new epicenter of attraction in the region and make a major contribution to the development of the country's economy. The location for the innovative and multifunctional project was chosen due to its outstanding natural features: healing magnetic sand, humid subtropical and ionized air. The centuries-old pine forest of Bichvinti, the magnetic beach with healing properties, and the clean sea water will have a beneficial effect on the health of future residents. The project includes various types of residences, a limited number of premium-class villas, 5-star residences and a hotel, an innovative swimming pool, a spa and wellness center, authentic and traditional restaurants from different countries, indoor and outdoor sports grounds, and entertainment and recreational spaces. Signature 5-star apartments in Bekadli: in the best location on the Black Sea coast, in Bekadli, the 5-star “Paragraph” apartments will be located. We offer a wide range of services and amenities that fully match the wishes of our guests. In our project, you will find well-equipped rooms and suites with high-quality furniture and unique design elements reflecting the local culture and surroundings. VR Holding residential hotels are known for their distinctive design and architecture. The 5-star Paragraph hotel included in the project will feature restaurants and bars offering a variety of dining options, allowing guests to conveniently use such services without leaving the project. Guests will have the opportunity to use spa services, fitness centers, and wellness programs to relax on site. Guests of VR Shekvetili Forest~Beach | By Paragraph hotel can use concierge services. The concierge can assist guests with various matters such as restaurant reservations, transport arrangements, local recommendations, as well as organizing events and excursions. The hotel will have event spaces and conference halls suitable for conferences, weddings, and other special gatherings. Our goal is to provide a personalized experience so that guests can take advantage of the various offerings provided by the project. VR Holding offers 2 types of villas: Forest~Beach Villa: a two-story villa located on the first line of the Black Sea coast. The land plot area ranges from 2,256 sq.m to 2,333 sq.m, the villa area is 545 sq.m, of which the living area is 320 sq.m and the summer area is 225 sq.m. The villa has its own pool by the beach. A total of 6 villas are offered for sale. VIP Villa: the villa is located on the second line of the Black Sea coast. The land plot area ranges from 811 sq.m to 815 sq.m. The total villa area is 446 sq.m, of which 275 sq.m is the living area and 171 sq.m is the summer area. A total of 5 villas are offered for sale. The price includes: the land plot, construction of the villa with finishing, utilities, arrangement of additional infrastructure; handover conditions: apartments with high-quality finishing, including furniture and appliances; project completion date: August 2026. The project covers 40 hectares and consists of 5 phases. Each phase includes various types of buildings, sports and entertainment infrastructure, commercial facilities and recreation areas, and its own shoreline of 1,200 m. Currently, the first phase is on sale. The first phase directly covers 5.5 hectares and includes 2-story premium-class villas (in limited quantity) and a 10-story building with apartments. Areas start from 43 sq.m. Apartments can be viewed via the link: the price per square meter varies depending on the area, floor, and view, and ranges from $2,700 to $3,600. Apartments are available from the 2nd to the 8th floor. The apartments are fully finished, furnished, and equipped. Construction will be completed in August 2026. An apartment can be purchased with interest-free installments or with the help of a bank loan. In the case of internal installments, the initial payment is 30%, and the remaining 70% will be distributed until construction is completed. Monthly payment is possible, or payment once every 2 or 3 months.
