The new residential building is located in the city of Batumi, on New Boulevard, on G. Eliava Street. The building is 400 meters from the Black Sea coast and the New Boulevard park. The building has 19 floors. Commercial spaces are located on the first and second floors, where there will be a shopping center, a conference hall, a reception area, a café, a bar, and a lounge area. Residential units are located on floors 2–19. The minimum area is 23.4 sq. m, while the maximum is 72.3 sq. m. It is possible to combine apartments. The apartments are sold in black frame condition, and it is also possible to order a white frame finish. Natural gas, electricity, and water will be connected to the apartments. Metal-plastic facade doors and windows and an iron entrance door will be installed; the facade will be completed, two elevators will be installed, and the stairwell and corridors will be renovated. The building will be delivered in the 4th quarter of 2023. The company offers in-house interest-free installment plans: for studio-type apartments – until construction is completed, and for larger apartments – until the end of 2024. The initial payment is 15%. The apartment owner will be served by a management company that will provide apartment rental services.
