Magnetic Beach Resort

The Magnetic Beach Resort (MBR) project is important because of it’s special microclimate between the mountains and the sea, also because of the location of the black magnetic sand. First phase of construction completion refers to buildings D and E with completion and approval date 10/2021.In the second phase, buildings A, B, C and F will be completed. Currently, it is possible to buy apartments in buildings D and E. Apartments in buildings A and B can only be ordered with a minimum deposit, the rest will be paid in 2022/2023 after construction is completed. We are planning to build a health center on the adjacent site, the services of which will be available to MBR clients. This will allow the complex to be used all year round.
